Delivery Information

Hlamvu understands that you are eagerly awaiting the delivery of your order, and we therefore aim to process orders within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The shipping period begins once payment has been authorized. The time required to receive payment may vary depending on the payment method.

  • Credit cards: The order is dispatched once the bank provides an authorization code.
  • Cash deposits and internet transfers: The order is dispatched once the funds reflect in the bank account.
  • eWallet deposits: The order is dispatched once the funds have cleared.
Can I change my delivery address?

Once an order has been dispatched, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, you will need to sign for the delivery. If you are not able to personally sign for the delivery, you can indicate who will sign for it when placing your order.

What do I do if products are missing from my order?

If you receive an incomplete delivery, please contact us at healthy@hlamvu.com and include your order number.

What do I do if I would like to track my order?
