Hlamvu (Green Leaf) is about helping small businesses in selling their natural products. We outsource products that use natural ingredients for hair, skin and face. The owners come from small towns in South Africa and all have embarked on the entrepreneurial journey to build wealth for themselves and the next generation while advocating for organic, clean living.
With the use of global technology and social media, Hlamvu is merely a vessel to help propel the ideas of one community. A community that believes in healthy living, inside and out.

Products sold on Hlamvu are manufactured in South Africa predominantly for the use of South Africans and other Africans. Skin products may be used by all skin types and shades, but hair products are specifically made with ethnic African hair in mind. We hope to export to members of the community around the world as more and more citizens move abroad and find it difficult to find organic products that cater to their hair and skin.

Hlamvu means “leaf” in IsiZulu, a South African indigenous (nguni) language used in the South-East area of Africa. It is well spoken across the land and is one of the 11 oficial languages of South Africa. It can also be easily understood by people in Swaziland, Mozambique and Zimbabwe as the languages in each country have many similarities.
